Everything was perfect! The room was spacious and clean, with friendly staff who treated me like a human. Breakfast was diverse, with tasty options like cheesecake and unique drinks like pear juice. Great location too, just 7 minutes from the metro and close to amazing food shops 😊

Sofia vibes 🌆
The staff were super friendly, especially chommie Vessela who helped us with everything! Big ups for the location too, legit close to a lekker shopping mall and restaurants. Had a smooth check-in, sharp-sharp!
Only thing was the brekkie could've been fresher, but the cheesecake was a winning touch!

Friendly staff, spacious rooms. Clean bathroom. Parking available.
Our room had a smell of cigarettes though we booked a non-smoking room. The carpet needs refurbishment or harder cleaning.

I really liked how spacious me room was, felt proper comfy. The brekkie was dead nice—had a tasty cheesecake and hashbrowns. Only downside? The cabs were a bit shy, could’ve done with more options nearby. Still, it’s a solid spot!

Good atmosphere, pictures.Kind and helpful receptionists.Very accurate documentation.Cozy room.Covered parking.A lot of TV programs.
Embarrassing access to the parking-No direct heated access from the parking to the floors/via lift/.

Spotless units with good bed and charging devices, and the staff were incredibly nice. The cost was gbp 91. Location: the hotel was close enough to the all landmarks of Sofia, a metro station and biggest mall.

Wifi issues plague the experience. 5GHz bands drop out way too frequently, while the 2.4GHz works better but isn't an option for newer devices. The shower head practically pours water like a bucket due to poorly maintained fittings, and the lack of a minibar makes the empty fridge feel pointless. Plus, the noisy surroundings make it hard to enjoy the large windows during the day, especially with ineffective air conditioning.
